Fair Admissions

Kingston Academy operates a fair, transparent and consistent admissions process. Applications are considered against published entry requirements and course-specific rules.

Age and Entry Requirements

Learners are normally 18 or over, although some programmes require age 19+. Applicants must meet English-language, experience, qualification, first aid, licence or workplace-access requirements where applicable.

Documents

Applicants may need to provide identity, proof of address, prior certificates, photographs, experience records, DBS information or awarding-organisation registration forms.

Process

The process consists of application, eligibility review, admission decision, offer and completion of enrolment. Kingston Academy may use an initial assessment or interview.

Attendance and Progress

Learners must attend, engage and complete assessments. Persistent absence, non-engagement, unpaid fees, false information or serious misconduct may result in withdrawal.

Applications are considered without unlawful discrimination. Applicants should disclose reasonable adjustment or support needs so suitable arrangements can be considered.
