Cancellation and Refund Policy

14-Day Cancellation Period

A learner may request cancellation within 14 calendar days from confirmation of purchase. Where course delivery, digital access or materials have begun at the learner’s request, the right to a full refund may be reduced or lost in accordance with applicable law.

How to Cancel

Requests must be submitted in writing to info@kingstonacademy.co.uk and include the learner’s name, course and booking details.

Refund Conditions

A £99.99 administration fee may apply to booked or reserved courses where legally permissible. No refund is normally available after learning materials have been accessed, activated or dispatched, or after an examination date has been confirmed.

Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable except where statutory cancellation rights apply or Kingston Academy agrees otherwise in writing.

Processing

Refund requests are reviewed individually and a written outcome is normally issued within 10 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
