Student Contract

Agreement

By accepting an offer, booking or enrolling, the learner enters an agreement with Kingston Academy and agrees to follow published policies and course requirements.

Enrolment

Offers are conditional on entry requirements, accurate documentation and payment arrangements. Learners must provide genuine identification and qualification evidence where requested.

Academy Commitments

Kingston Academy will provide appropriate tuition, learning resources, assessment opportunities and learner support, subject to course specifications and awarding-organisation requirements.

Learner Responsibilities

Learners must attend, participate, complete assessments, behave professionally, pay fees, protect login credentials and use learning materials only for personal study.

Changes

Reasonable changes may be made to content, schedules, tutors, methods or locations to maintain quality or comply with regulatory requirements.

Health, Safety and Conduct

Learners must take reasonable care, follow staff instructions and report risks. Serious misconduct may lead to suspension or withdrawal.

Law

The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
