Bookings and Fees

Course prices may change until full payment is received and a booking is confirmed. Bookings are subject to availability, course entry requirements and suitable resources.

Attendance and Conduct

Attendance is compulsory for classroom courses. Kingston Academy operates a zero-tolerance approach to threatening, discriminatory, abusive or unsafe conduct and may remove a learner where necessary.

Eligibility and Information

Learners are responsible for checking course eligibility and providing complete, accurate personal details and identification. Awarding organisation correction charges caused by incorrect learner information may be passed to the learner.

Changes and Cancellation

Kingston Academy may make reasonable changes to venues, dates, tutors or delivery arrangements. Where possible, learners will be notified at least 24 hours before a venue change. If Kingston Academy cancels a course, liability is limited to refunding the course fee paid.

Certificates and Resits

Certificates are normally dispatched by standard post. Replacement certificate charges imposed by an awarding organisation are payable by the learner. SIA qualification resits are charged at £50 per unit unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Portfolio Deadlines

Portfolio work must be submitted within the agreed timeframe. Late work may result in additional charges, withdrawal of support or re-enrolment requirements.
